Our Services
Holistic Healthcare
At ACCO, we provide natural, culturally rooted healthcare solutions to address chronic conditions such as arthritis, stroke, and spinal disc complications. Through our KMJ Herbal Health Centre and trained community health workers, we deliver accessible treatment based on traditional medicine. Our mission includes not only healing but also prevention—reaching communities with regular health education, outreach programs, and awareness campaigns. Looking ahead, we aim to expand our services by building a fully equipped natural medicine hospital and integrating telemedicine to serve rural populations.
Environmental Conservation
We are committed to protecting Tanzania’s natural ecosystems and restoring biodiversity. ACCO works with local communities to safeguard water sources, plant medicinal and indigenous trees, and promote sustainable land use. By involving youth, women, schools, and faith groups in reforestation and environmental education, we nurture a deep sense of ecological responsibility. Our goal is to plant over 1.5 million trees and protect 100 key water sources by 2030—ensuring a healthier environment for future generations.
Sustainable Agriculture
To promote food security and economic independence, we support smallholder farmers in adopting organic farming practices. ACCO offers training in agroecology, seed preservation, and nutrition-sensitive farming, with a strong focus on empowering women and youth. Through our regional hubs, we provide hands-on learning, post-harvest support, and market access to help farmers thrive. Our model strengthens local food systems, reduces reliance on chemical inputs, and enhances household nutrition—building a resilient farming community grounded in indigenous knowledge.
